Walk in Interview for Fresher and Experience candidate. 

Zydus Biologics Ahmedabad 

 Invite candidates for our QC, QA and Manufacturing Functions of Zydus Biologics (ZB) based at Ahmedabad.

•  Executive / Senior Executive - Quality Control: M.Sc/M.Pharm /B-Tech/M Tech with 2 to 5 years of hands on experience in following sections.
• Quality Control  –   Bioassay

Executing of in-vitro cell based bioassays by  Proliferation assays, Cytotoxicity assays, Apoptosis assay, Cytopathic assay, Receptor – ligand binding assay, Kinetic assays, Mycoplasma testing and Cell bank preparation, HCP/HCD methods.

 *Quality Control – Validation/Protein Lab.*
Handling equipment & tests such as Validation of RP HPLC, Size exclusion chromatography, Ion exchange chromatography, Glycan Analysis of Biologics related complex molecules (Biosimilars and other Biologics molecules), Validation of Gel Electrophoresis/SDS PAGE Analysis methods, IEF Methods.

 *Quality Control – RM & PM*
Handling of equipment & tests such as Autotitrator, KF Titrator, U.V. Spectrophotmeter, FTIR & testing of Raw material.

 *Executive / Senior Executive*
 *Quality Assurance – IPQA*
M.Sc.(Biotechnology)/B. Pharm / M.Pharm with 2 to 4 years of hands on experience in IPQA related activities for the aseptic manufacturing facility and Packaging related activities. Must have experience of handling OOS, change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA and QMS activities.

 *Senior Executive / Assistant Manager*
 *Fill Finish (Injectable) – Manufacturing*
B. Pharm / M.Pharm with 3 to 8 years of hands on experience in injectable manufacturing processing area. Must have handle Vial washing, Depyogenation Tunnel, Vial filling, Vial sealing, Lyophilization, Autoclave, Vial collection system, and vial labeling, Vial Cartooning, Media fill activity, Validation activities and documentation activities w.r.t BMR, Deviation, Change control, IQ, OQ, PQ Document of new equipment, investigation report and QA compliance as per cGmp.

For all the positions, candidate having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential.

 B.Pharm Freshers 2018 pass out can also walk-in for the position of Apprentice in Manufacturing Function.
