Job for Pharmacists (13 posts) in Central Medical Services Society -

Salary around Rs. 40,000/month

Central Medical Services Society, a Central Procurement Agency under Department of Health & Family Welfare, has been set up registered under Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 to procure and distribute health sector goods to the State Governments. The Society is looking for following warehouse staff at each of 13 locations:

Post: Pharmacist

a: RECRUITMENT RULES FOR THE POST OF PHARMACIST, CENTRAL MEDICAL SERVICES SOCIETY,

Number of Posts: 13(Locations as per Annexure-B)
Emoluments:
-In case of deputation; Rs. 9300-34,800 + Grade Pay 4200/-  
-In case of direct contract, fixed professional fee of Rs 40,000 per month
Basis of selection: Screening and interview by selection committee
Mode of Recruitment:  Either by deputation or by direct contract
Age limit: Below 45 years of age as on the date of advertisement.

Who is applicable :
Pharmacists  employed with state Governments in the same scale or in PB-1, Rs 5200-200-20200, Grade pay Rs 2800 with 5 years of service     Or  
Individuals meeting age, education and experience criterion as mentioned at Sr no7 & 8 may apply directly for recruitment on contract basis.

Educational Qualification and Experience required for recruitment:
-D.Pharma /B.Pharma degree from a reputed university / institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India

-An approved / registered pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948

-Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in Pharmaceutical store /warehouse functions (preferably as store / warehouse in-charge) for D.Pharma degree holders and 6 years of post qualification experience in Pharmaceutical store / warehouse functions (preferably as store / warehouse in-charge) for B.Pharma degree holders

-Experience in Good Storage & Distribution Practices in accordance with GMP Regulations

-Exposure in handling regulatory audits on store / warehouse / distribution functions of Pharmaceutical Organisation in accordance with GMP regulations.

-Exposure to ERP and E-procurement system is desirable  g.Knowledge of local language desirable
Tenure: Tenure of deputation will be regulated as per Government of India rules.   Tenure of direct contract will be 5 years. In both cases, retention after every year of tenure will be subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by DG&CEO, CMSS

Job requirements: As per annex -1

Termination: Services can be terminated any time during tenure by serving two months notice.

Annual increase in salary: 5% subject to satisfactory performance for direct contract pharmacist and for pharmacist on deputation as per the scale.

Responsibility:
-Orderly warehousing of various categories of products like quarantine, rejected, released, returned or recalls, etc
-Implementation of Good Storage Practices
-Compliance of all statutory requirements and maintain records
-Ensure storage at recommended environmental conditions, housekeeping procedure compliances, etc
-Sampling as per the SOP
-Traceability of distributed products batch wise
-Authorized movement of man, machine and goods at warehouse  -Training of warehousing  staff on SOP
-Investigation of complaints as per the relevant procedure
-Adherence with the financial, operational and statutory compliances   -Other duties as specified by the DG & CEO or/and Reporting Officer.
